Placing an Order
Once an order has been placed through Evorie Beauty Company, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of their order. This email will contain the order number, along with all other details regarding the order.
In case of missing/incomplete information, our customer service team member will contact the customer to complete the missing data so we can start processing the order immediately.

How can I track my delivery status?
You can check your order status and/or track the delivery of your order through the "My Orders" tab in your Account Menu inside the Evorie Beauty Company app.
